Each product is custom fabricated upon order according to customer specifications. As such, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refund requests after an order has been placed and confirmed.
Quality Assurance & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before dispatch, all goods undergo a strict inspection and quality control process to ensure they are free from defects and meet the required standards. Products are then carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Responsibility for Damages During Delivery
Please note that once items leave our facility and are handed over to third-party courier services or contractors, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling that may occur during transportation, delivery, or installation.
Customers are encouraged to inspect parcels immediately upon delivery and to raise any delivery-related concerns directly with the courier or service provider responsible for handling the shipment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all product specifications, dimensions, and requirements are accurate prior to placing an order. Our team is available to provide clarification and support before purchase, but once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be made.
