General
Business Hours
Our sales office business hours are Monday toFriday, 8.30 AM to7 PM. We are closed on Sunday and public holidays.
Our factory business hours are Monday to Saturday, 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM. Lunch Time is 12.30 PM to 1.30 PM. We are closed on Sunday and public holidays.
Office Location
Our sales office is in Taman Perindustrian Puchong, factory in Seremban. We don't have any showroom at the moment. Normally we’ll bring samples to show our customers during site measurement. If they wish to visit our factory, we can arrange upon request.
Site Visit
For customers located in the Klang Valley, site visits are free of charge. For customers in other states, adepositofRM250is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill if you proceed to purchase our products.
Covered Areas
We mainly cover Klang Valley area. However, we also provide services in Seremban, Melaka, and Johor as-well.
Orders & Payments (Gate)
Quotation Request
To request an initial quote, simply send us a message on WhatsApp with following details:
1.Name,
2.Location,
3.Gate Size (Width x Height)ft,
4.Gate Type (Trackless Folding / Swing),
5.Gate Design (Screenshot or Pictures of Preferred Designs).
We will provide you with a preliminary estimate based on the information you provide. Once we receive actual measurements from a site visit, we will prepare and send you an official quotation. This ensures that our quote is accurate and tailored to your specific requirements.
Placing An Order
Step 1: Site visit & measurement
Step 2: Issue technical drawing that includes design and dimension.
Step 3: Acknowledgement of technical drawing (Gate will fabricate based on the issued drawing)
Step 4: 50% Down Payment is required before fabrication.
Step 5: Fabrication (4 - 6 Weeks)
Step 6: Confirm site status (ready to install)
Step 7: Remaining 50% before delivery
Step 8: Delivery & Installtion
Payment Method
Online / Bank Transfer
Payment Terms
50% Down Payment is required upon confirmation, remaining 50%will be collected before delivery.
Lead Time & Delivery
Standard lead time would be 4-6 weeks. Urgent case "TBD" (To Be Discussed). Remaining 50% balance is required before delivery.
Cancellation & Refund
Down-Payment Refund
After the 50% down payment is received, we will start fabrication within 1-3 days. Once fabrication starts, refunds will not be possible.
Deposit Refund
For customers in other states, a deposit of RM250is required. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill if you proceed to purchase our products. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase and request a refund, we will return RM150. The remaining RM100will be charged to cover our service, including petrol and other expenses.
Cancellation After Purchase
Cancellation after purchase will not be possible.
After Sales
Warranty Terms
The warranty period are:
1.10 Years for aluminium gate frame due to manufacturing defects.
2.10 Years for powder coating natural peeling caused by weather.
3.3 Years for accessories and bearings due to manufacturing defects.
4.3 Years for auto gate systems due to manufacturing defects.
5.1 Year for powder coating fading caused by weather.
The warranty period starts from the date indicated on the delivery order.
Service Request
For urgent cases, our service response time is 1-3 days. For non-urgent cases, the response time is approximately 7 days.
Cancellation After Purchase
Cancellation after purchase will not be possible.
